The company was initially organized under the Swedish Ministry of Defense, then transferred to the Ministry of Industry where it operated under the name of ScanMotive. The company was then sold to Volvo Aero and later to Osterman Aero.

It is now operating as a separate legal entity owned by Recotech AB who used to be the piece parts repair shop during the Volvo Aero period. This has enhanced our repair capability considerably. We operate at the same location as Recotech, Arboga Technical Park.

During these changes, we have been able to retain most of the management and working personnel as well as the entire customer base. Our history and experience can therefore be claimed to go back more than 40 years.
