Recotech AB is a former wholly-owned subsidiary within the Fortum group and was formed out of the restructuring of Volvo Aero Support when it transferred its production to Trollhättan.

The Recotech business concept is to make repair and manufacturing techniques that were previously only available for the maintenance of aero engines usable and profitable for a greater number of types of industrial operations.  With the help of Recotech you can carry out repairs without having to pay for expensive spare parts or be dependent on the machinery suppliers’ aftermarket.


Parts Repair

We repair components, primarily for power generation, manufacturing, processing and rail traffic industries. The staff are specialists in repair techniques, maintenance methods and diagnostics. 

We can improve existing components by selecting the right material and repair method, as well as carry out complete repairs.


Turbine Components

We produce and process engine ready gas turbine components through manufacturing techniques previously only available for aircraft engine maintenance.

Thanks to over 30 years of experience in the high temperature aviation heritage, we provide long lasting high quality components, including strong support in your research and development process.


Ground Support Equipment

GSE specializes in the field of product prototyping and provide serial manufacturing of civilian and military applications.

Our cost effective, high quality product solutions also include modification, adaption and documentation from prototype to finished product.



Aerospace Services

Recotech AB cooperates with an approved EASA Part-145 workshop to perform certified flight repairs using our extensive experience in thermal spraying, vacuum brazing, welding and CNC machining.

We have full capacity to carry out repair and maintenance work on flying components and on-wing repair.

Our company has triple-A, the highest credit rating in the Soliditet evaluation system, which is based on approximately 2,400 decision parameters. This information is completely up to date and is refreshed daily via the Soliditet database.
